Had a wonderful day with my best boxing friend "Floating Feather". We met at
Merrill Creek in Northwestern New Jersey and checked in on the letterbox we
placed there in July of this year. It's had one visitor and that lucky pair
picked up the hitchiker that was resting there and carried it along it's
way.A new "prize" was left in the place of the, "first visitor", bonus
prize.
We were happy to see it safe and sound. While hiking we planted another box
with it's own "treasure", and we both totally enjoyed the differing veiws
and woodland settings.
It's an outstanding place! I saw my first pair of Bald Eagles!!! This is
their third year at Merrill Creek,(who would think that they would choose to
live in N.J.? so glad they did!!) What a sight for a sore heart...a
remakable one for sure.
Watch for the clues for the letterbox we planted today to follow.
'Box On!! Live well.
See Joy

Hi See Joy..
It's nice to see you on the LbNA site..
And out there boxing...
Such a cool thing to see such birds on the wing so close to civilised
places.
In our wetter smaller locale we have to hike deep into wildes Scotland to
see Eagles..
Even Dartmoor is too civilised for em..the letterboxers keep em away
perhaps !
Live on, Box well !!!
